Saturday - My Gradpas Brithday
On Saturday morning me and my dad had to go to my grams house because it was my grandpa he just turned 80 years old when we got there we made a umu to celebrate my papas birthday a few hours later my uncle my dad and my cousins were helping my dad to cook the pig meanwhile my and sisters Arvie with untie while we were waiting for the pig we were having a good time inside while my dad and my uncles were getting drunk and we were watching my cousins band sing the name was spacefix it is a Tongan song we were singing along to the song then my mum arrive with mum two brothers they came late because they went two my brothers game at like between 4 to 6 they took off the pig i didn't eat the pig because i don't like eating it meanwhile i called everyone to come inside my papa was praying for the food when he finished i had to say a pray to him then my cousins had to say the pray next then we all kissed him for because it was his birthday after we ate some of us slept in over while my mum and sisters have to go home we were watching dark shadows then my untie said to me my brother if we come sleep over there house because my dads drunk then we said yes .

What have we done ?
Heremaia
We have done this term running around the reserve and learning. It was a long and hard term this year. We think we have improved this whole term. The favourite thing i liked this term was Literacy Rotation. The best part of Literacy Rotation is Filming, Writing, Reading and art and everything else. I have improved a lot the most challenging for me was keeping up with work. Well i don’t challenge myself a lot my parents help me with work. My learning changed a lot
Max:
This Term has been wonderful and fun. In the mornings we do Art with Miss Tito or do filming with Miss King. We change rotation every week and then we do Reading, writing and Literacy with the other team 5 teachers. We had an amazing term I’ve ever had. This term we did cooking with Mama King. We did it every Fridays but now we don’t it anymore. We were making Ice-Cream and the other week we made Bread. It was so yum and delicious. I could'nt stop having that yummy bread. I think I have improved more in Maths and Writing. I didn’t really like reading, but I stilled had a amazing term.
Brent:
Ideas for this term is to Work Hard for this year so i can get good grades like in my old School, Otahuhu Intermediate School.When I moved to Glen Innes I felt that I would never see my friends again, then I came to Point England School. I was a little bit scared for a while but my brothers and sisters was having fun to their classes while I was having a good time in room 22 when the bell rang i went to room 15 my original class in my old school we have to be Passionate , Responsibility and Honesty my school teacher at Otahuhu was Miss Lio her brother is David Tua it was kind of cool meeting david tua for the first time buy the ways miss king is like the best Teacher in the world because she is kind cool and and not like a growly teacher like most of the teachers in the rest of the other school
but i still miss the other teachers in Favona , Viscount , fairburn And Otahuhu Intermediate and these are My Ideas For This term 2 .
Jordz:
our ideas for this term is to work hard and come up with good ideas and to behave and to listen to my teacher Miss King and to get a good report like my old school in Mt Wellington Bailey Rd.When I moved in G.I with my grandparents my mum asked me if I wanted to go to Point England with my cousins or to stay at my old school,and I replied that I wanted to go to Point England. So she said okay. Ever since I started school at Point England I was excited and nervous at the same time but I started to get the hang of it. I have the most amazing teacher in room 15 Miss King.I met a lot of new people and I had already new heaps of other kids.In room 15 we all had to respect other peoples property,show respect to other people mostly teachers.When I heard that we go for runs everyday I was feeling pretty nervous but when I first ran it was cool.Well this is the end of my story.

This term I am learning about how to use a chromebook at Point england school this is difficult for me because I have never used a chromebook before but now I am getting the hang of It because Mr Barks was giving me a few tips for my chromebook I learnt that some things that can be difficult and some things that can be easy the easy things In Point England is Running around the soccer field it was kind of hard but then I got the hang of It , like how I get the hang of my chromebook just now this Is my achievement for term 2.
Jack and the Zombie Giant
Jack And The Zombie Giants

Once upon a time there lived a strapping young man named Jack who excelled in many things but one. He couldn’t control his fears. From spiders to bumps in the night, he was a scaredy cat. He lived with his mother and father on a little farm with horses and other farm animals. The farm was located beside a calm flowing stream.
One wet day his father Sam sent him to go to the market and sell a horse from the farm. Jack couldn’t bear this as the horse was an old friend . He felt miserable as he walked to the market.
While at the market the guards rounded up all the people including the strapping young farmer. A man hidden under rags made a good deal. He gave his special seeds to Jack and he told him “They can be useful in some time”. Walking back home he was thinking about the beans .
Jack got home and his the father said, “Well what did we get ? “ Jack whispered with fear, “these beans, my father” he put his hands out “This is not worth it” he yelled. His father was furious with him.
He threw the beans out the window. The day after it started to rain and the beans started growing into a beanstalk. The beanstalk grew bigger and bigger until it reached the sky.The next day Jack went out and saw a massive beanstalk. He thought to himself, “How did this happen?”
The young man wanted to discover what was at the end of this gigantic beanstalk . He gathered up some men. All these men were all guards of the king. Jack asked his father, “Will you forgive me?” father said “I forgive you son.” Jack walked up to all the guards, brave men who had left the city two days ago and said, “Gather up all the weapons and follow me up the beanstalk ”
Tying themselves with a long rope the men began to climb up the mystery beanstalk. The old fragile vines crunched and broke. “HE. HE. HE.” they all chanted together as they climbed. Suddenly one man slipped hanging on with all his strength with only one arm. That one slip caused a chain reaction, one after another, these brave men started falling. “Cut the line!” the farmer shouted.
“Noooo!” crying with fear the men shouted, “Don’t do it. ” and SNAP! the rope broke. All the king’s worthy men fell. After a treacherous 200ft fall for those dead men lay scattered over the ground. Jack, the only man left, continued until he finally reached the top of this rotten beanstalk.
Relieved to reach the top he was determined to discover what stays in this paradise. Jack walked around and his eyes popped open. He saw something scary, a humongous house,covered in cobwebs . While walking to this mysterious house he heard moans and bushes crackling.
He was scared but was keen to discover what it was, The moaning stopped he went over to this mystery “Ahhhhhhhhhhh” he yelled with fear. The flesh of this 20,0000 kg monster dripped out of a dead zombie giant’s mouth. “What shall I do?” thought Jack.
Meanwhile on the bottom of the beanstalk the villagers were furious the enormous beanstalk was blocking the sunlight. They started to cut it down. “It was over. My son is lost.” Sam thought sadly.
The moaning was back. Jack looked up. Right in front of him was another 100ft giant. “THis is a nightmare,” he thought as he ran away with fear. With luck Jack just got away. He just realised that this was the zombies apocalypse. Running back to the beanstalk, with fear, Jack saw, right in front of his eyes, the enormous beanstalk falling.
“I am gonna have to make a big run to make out alive,” Jack thought. He was surrounded by a lot of giants, he ran in every directions, the giant’s were chasing him. He is curious about what was going to happen. Without realising he found himself stuck in the corner.
“I'm not going to make” he said. He turned around. “This is it,” he said. “ It is over for me.” Surrounded by zombie giants he tried to run but there was nowhere to go
But he was not going down without a fight. He ripped of his clothes and got ready to fight. Next minute he was grabbed and bitten. He turned into a zombie giant, and he never ever went home again.
